The association adds in its report:
Currently just 2% of companies believe that the supply of IT specialists on the labor market is sufficient, compared to 8% a year ago. At the same time 70% (2022: 7%) say there is a shortage of IT specialists. And looking to the future scepticism prevails: only 3% expect the shortage to decrease ( 2022: 2%), but 77% fear that the situation will worsen ( 2022: 70%).
Company pension schemes cannot of course solve the problem, but as an integral part of intelligent EMPLOYER BRANDING they can support your positioning as an attractive employer without neccessarily incurring any costs for the company.
