CONNECT GmbH is one of the leading specialized consulting firms for company pension schemes in Germany. Since 2002 we support demanding medium sized companies of different industries during the implementation or optimization of the state-sponsored company pension retirement benefits.
Our more than 80 long term clients between 20 and 2000 employees especially appreciate our specialization as well as our expertise from several thousand employee consultations.
At the same time CONNECT is certified by various companies for the advising of various industry pension schemes such as IT, communications, media, healthcare, hotel & gastronomie, metal, press, print & paper.
Some years ago we started focussing on the IT, communications and media industry. Our customers include companies such as Camparound, Fyber, K16, Mediagroup Dumont, Neofonie Group, SonyMusic, Universal, Passengers Friend, TWT, Reality Bytes, AR Packaging, Brunnen (Baier & Schneider Group), Chopard, Vereinigte Papierwerke and many others.
Our origin was management consulting. This characterizes our customer-oriented actions, the long-term nature of our customer relationships and our service-oriented corporate culture.
